AlixPartners has teamed up with Generation Success on their lookout for 2025 graduates to join AlixPartners' 8-week summer internship within their Turnaround & Restructuring Services (TRS) team.

The 8-week summer internship programme is designed to help you develop basic core consulting capabilities while providing exposure to a range of financial restructuring projects.

You will get a glimpse into the broader AlixPartners service offerings, will interact with consultants at all levels of seniority, and participate in making a real change for the clients. Also, you may have the chance to transition to a full-time graduate position in 2025.

REQUIREMENTS

AlixPartners embraces diversity and celebrates cultural differences. They are looking for second-year students who are expected to graduate in 2025 from all backgrounds who match the following requirements to join their 8-week summer internship:

◦ 2:1 undergraduate degree from any discipline (graduating in 2025)
◦ Financial literacy, analytical and problem-solving skills.

◦ Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.

◦ Demonstrated leadership and/or interest in extracurricular activities outside your degree such as voluntary work, sports, travel, music.

◦ Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (familiarity or interest in programming languages is a plus).

◦ Business-level fluency in English. Additional languages are desirable.
